• Review Customer Statement of Account and reconcile customer’s payment against the statement of account.
• Highlight payment for the month to aid reconciliation.
• Credit Review of Customers
• Collation of Statistics for Provisions
• System Data Integrity checks

Learning outcomes for intern: 

• Reconcile customer’s Statement of Account methodology and process.
• Credit Review methodology and process.
• Provision Methodology
• Develop interpersonal skills working with people with diverse cultural background, skill set, etc.
• Appreciate and understand Share Service Centre Operations.

Requirements: (Specific skills/knowledge such as JAVA, Adobe, presentation skills etc.)

• Proficiency in MS Excel,
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of people and nationalities.
• Knowledge of accounting practices and policies.
