Job Description
- Review Customer Statement of Account and reconcile customer’s payment against the statement of account.
- Highlight payment for the month to aid reconciliation.
- Credit Review of Customers
- Collation of Statistics for Provisions
- System Data Integrity checks
Learning outcomes for intern:
- Reconcile customer’s Statement of Account methodology and process.
- Credit Review methodology and process.
- Provision Methodology
- Develop interpersonal skills working with people with diverse cultural background, skill set, etc.
- Appreciate and understand Share Service Centre Operations.
Requirements: (Specific skills/knowledge such as JAVA, Adobe, presentation skills etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel,
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of people and nationalities.
- Knowledge of accounting practices and policies.
