Job Description


  • Manage and perform billings, price adjustment, rebates and ensure accuracy of invoices.
  • Investigate, review, resolve billing dispute by working with cross functional teams.
  • Prepare manual invoices and credit memo.
  • Develop/enhance internal controls, policies, processes and procedures and ensure that they are properly scoped and enforced and are effective and efficient.
  • Involve in projects/system enhancement and any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
  • Follow up for collection of past due invoices.
  • Work with internal and external customers to resolve short payments, disputes, declinations and deductions.
  • To process statement of accounts to customers on a timely basis, execute collection activities and reconcile accounts with customer record.

  • Understand and Appreciate Share Service Centre operations
  • Understand and appreciate the Data Centre Products and services and the industry.
  • Reconcile customer’s Statement of Account methodology and process.

  • Develop interpersonal skills working with people with diverse cultural background, skill set, etc.

Requirements: (Specific skills/knowledge such as JAVA, Adobe, presentation skills etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of people and nationalities.
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and policies.
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English.
