Job Description
The role

We are currently searching for motivated, passionate and enthusiastic new team members. As a Marketing/Management Intern, you will act as a responsible project manager that coordinates our clients, and participate actively in sales & marketing campaigns. You will build and nourish one-on-one relationships with the founders, demanding clients and a top team. Whilst our company is growing at a very fast speed, you can grow with it. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Marketing – Planning and executing of marketing activities, development of marketing campaigns & content management.
  • Client/Relationship Management - Establish and develop relationships with tutors; understand their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements.
  • Transactions - Responsible for all logistical issues surrounding appointments made with designated accounts.
  • Management of Call Centre - Manage inbound tutor queries regarding appointment requests, and outbound tutor calls.
Your profile:
  • Preferably studying a subject-related Bachelor Degree 
  • Prior internship/work experience in the services industry is preferred
  • Confident, outgoing and a team player
  • Organizational talent and able to work efficiently in stressful situations
  • Highly solution-oriented and able to process information quickly
  • Good oral and written English skills (all other languages are a plus)
