Roles & Responsibilities:
Supporting the operations team, you will have the opportunity to partake in the conceptualization and execution of operational activities across a diverse portfolio of sports-related projects.
Your role includes:
- Assist in the planning of events - preparation of event modules
- Assist in research work related to sports events
- Assist in the event day site preparations, set-up, logistics and tear down
- Assist in customer service management hotline of events
- Assist in race timing of sports events
- Management of event stores and logistics
- Execution of event day race operations and support
- Assist in minutes recording of reece’s, meetings and when tasked
- Perform any other relevant duties tasked by SupervisorJob Requirements:
• Preferably tertiary students majoring in events or hospitality.
• Able to work on weekends from a time-to-time basis
• High-level written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
