Responsibilities
- To market investment products / schemes
- Establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales target.
- Perform cold calls and execute sales campaigns to generate leads.
- Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) sales targets.
- Follow-up enquiries and sales leads.
- Confidently conduct face to face presentations.
- Source for own way to achieve sales target
- Use and update leads on CRM software
- Organize & manage road shows, events, marketing campaigns
- Manage and train sales team to achieve sales targets
- Preferably Bi-lingual in English and Tamil
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a very good working attitude, outgoing and sales-driven personality.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Candidate must be Self-motivated, Responsible, and Target oriented.
Possess good oral and written communication skills for sales presentation/ quotation/ proposal.
