Job Description
Enrich Innovations Pte Ltd incorporates expertise in the fields of IT Outsourcing and Consultancy Services. The main business initiatives include providing Infrastructure support, Network and system Management, Hosting Solutions, Web & Graphic Design, Service helpdesk, Business Application development and Government grant consultation.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide helpdesk service to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications, networks and IP phones.
- Perform installation and configuration of Operating Systems (Windows OS), drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals
- Prepare IT reports, IT inventory and other related documents
Applicants for the job is preferred to have:
- Proficient in Basic Networking, MS Office, Anti-Virus Software, etc.
- Able to work without supervision
- English and Mandarin speaking
- Enjoys working in a open & casual environment
