Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide helpdesk service to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications, networks and IP phones.
- Perform installation and configuration of Operating Systems (Windows OS), drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals
- Prepare IT reports, IT inventory and other related documents
Applicants for the job is preferred to have:
- Proficient in Basic Networking, MS Office, Anti-Virus Software, etc.
- Able to work without supervision
- English and Mandarin speaking
- Enjoys working in a open & casual environment
