Job Description
Troubleshooting and debugging
Helpdesk and IT support - log customer support issues
Administer and manage the customer support ticketing system
Assist with Software Development
Excellent Programming Skills, i.e C#, jQuery, javascript, Transact-SQL, LINQ, AJax.Net
Must be resourceful, independent and works well in a team
Support and manage the internal systems and network
Possess basic understanding of buniness processes
