Responsibilities include:
- Collateral inventory management
- Communication database management
- Supporting integrated marketing campaigns/strategic communications programs online for institutions/universities in SEA (e.g. webpages, banner ads, social media marketing, etc)
- Managing multiple projects and priorities, and proactively communicating relevant information to appropriate staff
- Maintainence of the new SEA website
- Email campaigns execution
- Tracking and coordination of conference participation
- Basic design work (if skills permit)
Requirements:
- Comfortable with packing (maintaining marketing collateral inventory)
- Proficiency with a PC/Mac, MS Office Suite
- Highly organised, good multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritise
- Comfortable with learning and using multiple online systems
- Familiarity with social networking sites
- Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop), HTML & CSS knowledge are a plus, though not required.
The intern will be considered for a contract, flexible part-time position (e.g. 1 day/week working hours) upon successful completion of the internship stint.
