To review and identify customer accounts with overdue invoices and to check on their payment status.

To contact such customers for payment of overdue invoices by telephone or in writing and to obtain approval from Elsevier O2C Team Managers before making decisions on settlement of debts.

To capture full details of communications with such customers regarding the overdue payments, in the various systems or in any other records as directed.

To provide updates and next step action plans at weekly collection review meetings with Elsevier O2C Team Managers.

Any other duties or assignments as directed by Elsevier O2C Team Managers.
