The company has been around since 2011, doing consulting and run-of-the-mill web-based business. Now, there's a new project coming up, which we are terribly excited about. A team has been (marketing, data, strategy) gathered. What we lack now is a permanent programmer.
We are looking for young and hungry coders with that elusive never-say-die attitude. We completely agree with that adage when you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. That's why there is the possibility of an equity stake for the right person (or persons).
We require coders to build a mobile application (iOS, Android) based on the ideas and wireframe that we already have done up.
We've been burnt before with staff that under delivered, so we would take the first three months of the internship as a gauge of ability. The chosen staffer should also take this window to see if they can fit into the new team, with the new team members.
