Job Description
We are a French book publishing firm specializing in high-quality illustrated books on luxury living - travel, dining, art, history and culture. We are based in Singapore and supported by offices in Paris, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Bali.
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to work on the marketing of the following prestigious new titles that have received extensive press coverage and excellent response from the public:
An Unexpected Journey: Path to the Presidency - Written by Former-President S R Nathan, the book will uncover never before told encounters of his road to presidency and time serving in Office.
Singapore Biodiversity - An impressive first-ever biodiversity encyclopedia on all wildlife, flora and fauna species in Singapore, produced by NUS, NParks and EDM.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the brand's social media channels
- Expanding an existing database
- Direct marketing of books to potential clients from MNCs and government agencies
- Preparation of marketing proposals to secure partnerships with potential clients
- Liaising with clients on their orders
We seek enthusiastic self-starters with the imagination and flair to handle designated aspects of the company's sales and marketing functions. Excellent written and spoken English is required for this role.
