ED ET AL LLP is a pioneering company of shoemakers specialising in high quality men shoes. We provide services such as custom made and full bespoke shoes and we are the only company in Singapore capable of producing handmade and Goodyear welted shoes. Our ready to wear collection laucnhes in mid November 2011.

The selected candidate will be working directly with our Head Shoemaker & Designer with the following duties.

- Oversee our daily retail arm operations

- Highly involved with design work specified by clients

- Prototyping of designs (Includes pattern making and basic shoemaking; OTJ training will be provided)

- Designing our next collection due to be released in March 2012; Have the chance to see your sketches come to life.

Students from the field of Fashion & Design are invited to apply. We are seeking individuals with the following professional attributes:

- Good visualisation and sketching skills

- Interest in the field of shoemaking beyond design

- Knowledgeable in high quality men's shoes

- Ability to work independently

- Adept in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and OpenOffice (or their equivalents)

Personal skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Pleasant and cheerful personality

The selected candidates will have an unique opportunity to be involved with many design projects and then to see their design work come to life as a pair of shoes. They will also gain knowledge in the craft of shoemaking from design to prototyping to production that they will not gain anywhere else beyond taking a full course in shoemaking.
