Job Description
Business Development Executive ($1,500 - $4,500)
JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Identify and establish new business accounts and manage client relationship effectively with exceptional people skills
2. Work closely with Business Development Manager to strategize individual potential clients to maximize and grow potential using agency’s integrated channels in Creative, Digital, PR and Media
Pitching ideas, concepts and logistics solutions to the client
3. Meet clients and provide strategic advice for delivery and logistics
Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently and possesses a positive mental attitude
4. Able to present confidently and effectively to different management levels (internal and/or external)
Identification and development of new business opportunities or strategic accounts
5. Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations
6. Expected to communicate and converse at various levels of personnel within the customers'''' organization
7. Work closely with customers and internal resources on solutions to address existing logistical requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum of 1-2 years sales and business development experience with track record in a creative or advertising agency with exposure to TV, Print, PR and Digital
2. Be confident in a Client facing role
3. Able to maintain good spirits and contribute to the overall team morale
4. Experience working with large budgets and high profile campaigns
5. Confident pitching techniques and experience taking sole responsibility for projects
6. Adaptable to new environments and work processes
7. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
8. Strong Verbal and written communication skill
9. Good at prioritizing & Multi Tasker
10. Sales and commission driven. Love meeting people
11. Bilingual in English and Mandarin(to liaise with clients and call ins)
