You'll be responsible for things like:
Overall responsible for the site traffic and the mobile apps on IOS and Google Play
Managing advertising on Google and managing the ROI
Signup of both service providers and customers using online and offline channels
Manage customer and service provider communication (marketing and support)
Drive customer adoption and usage ensuring that there is a sufficient pool of service providers to support the request
Identify the existing customer issues and recommend & implement solutions
Reporting – site metrics, signup and usage rates
