Your main responsibility will be test card accreditation as described below:
1) Obtaining and understanding customer specification
2) Writing User Acceptance Test documents (UAT)
3) Generating test cards and on-site testing at customer premises.
4) Liaising with development team to ensure customer’s requirements timelines are met
5) Provides Products updates and Promote solutions to customers.
6) Provide timely technical support to customer
7) Provides Pre and Post Sales Support on Products /Solutions.
You are also required to provide timely technical support to customer and internal team members.
1. Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering.
2. At least 2 years experience in related industry TELCO / MOBILE industry.
3.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build
and sustain good working relationship with internal and external
customers.
4. Possesses knowledge and relevant experience with some
or all of the following products and standards: UMTS/ GSM/ CDMA/ LTE/
NFC/ WIB / S@T.
5. Able to document and process technical details clearly.
6. Project Management skills.
7. Possesses initiative, works well independently and in a team.
8. Frequent travelling at short notice will be required.
9. Ability to speak fluent Mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients will be an added advantage.
