Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' requirements, feedback and complaints
- Provide accurate and efficient processing of orders
- Handle general administrative tasks
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "N' level qualification equivalent
- Bilingual in English and second language
- Disciplined with good follow up skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Service oriented with strong communication skills
