Earth Hour Global – Graphic Design Intern

Mission of Earth Hour Global:

WWF’s Earth Hour is the world’s largest environmental campaign, taking place in more than 7000 cities and towns in 172 countries worldwide, with a reach of more than 1.8 billion people. The Earth Hour Global Team, based in Singapore, coordinates the operation of the campaign throughout the world, working with delivery teams and partners on the ground around the world.

To assist the manager in localising creative collateral and developing various programme’s collateral (i.e. logo design, brochure, etc.) for the global Earth Hour campaign. Also, the designer will also help to develop creative materials to engage Earth Hour audience on social media platforms and websites as well as assisting special design materials for country teams around the world.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Have his/her own laptop with professional graphic editing softwares
• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Creativity in generating graphics and visual materials for digital communications (i.e. infographics, digital ads, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in Final Artwork creation
• Knowledge in Adobe Flash is a plus
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in climate change and/ or sustainability issues
