Job Description: Full Time Merchandise Assistant
Job Scope -
1) Request for quotations from suppliers/ vendors
2) Process purchase orders for indirect purchases in system
3) Follow up with suppliers/ vendors for confirmation of purchase orders issued
4) Expedite goods or service delivery in urgent cases
5) Arrange goods return or exchange whenever necessary
6) Verify supplier invoices and resolve invoice variances e.g. incorrect value
7) Perform data entries
8) Document filing e.g. PO, supplier invoices and scanning of invoices into system
9) Assist with direct purchases as assigned
10) Adhoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements -
1) Candidates must be 'N' Level and above.
2) Min. 1 year of related working experience
3) Good Communication in both written and verbal form
4) Basic knowledge of MS office
5) Knowledge of fabric is an added advantage
Basic Details
- Location : Henderson Road
- Salary : $1600 to $2000 base on experience (negotiable)
- Working days : 5.5 days
- Working hours : 9am to 6pm
- Only applicable for Singaporean and PR.
