Job Description
Culture exists in multiple ways and is often immersed into our lives. One of these ways, is in food. Peranakan or Nonya cuisine comes from the Pernakans, descendants of early Chinese migrants who settled in Penang, Malacca or Singapore and Indonesia inter-marrying with local Malays and combines Chinese, Malay and other influences. At DuluKuala, we're more than just any family restaurant. We hope to spread awareness of the wonderful taste of authentic Peranakan cuisine and maintain this food culture for generations to come.
As an F&B Outlet Supervisor, there are various learning opportunities due to the span of tasks that you will take responsibility of. Be it marketing, operations, or management skills, you can expect to get a good grasp of everything and this will be a great learning opportunity as long as you are keen.
Your Task
Supervise the daily operations of the Restaurant
Supervise and train service staff
Develop and implement effective strategies to promote sales and increase revenue for the Restaurant
Assist to monitor the budget to control operating expenses
Maintain and improve service quality in the Restaurant
Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior
