- Handle ordering processing, work orders, invoicing, job scheduling & follow up to ensure timely deliveries to meet customers requirement in accurate manner
- Coordinate with customers to facilitate system roll out.
- Handle commercial aspects besides operational activities.
- Perform market research/studies and analysis to develop sales plan and pricing strategies.
- Assist Marketing Operations with day-to-day support and ad-hoc activities and project.
- Support the sales team in preparation of official quotation and enquiries.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Make recommendations to improve the efficiency and success of the marketing team.
- Documentation support for operational SOP for multi-chain or clients support.
Requirements - Minimum a recognized Diploma with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Retail/Food & Beverages industry.
- Resourceful and possess good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
