Job Description
A vibrant and young tech company is looking to expand the team and recruit an experienced Technical Presales Specialists / Engineers.
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
• Working closely with the Sales and local/remote Project Management & Developer teams; supporting them in preparing for customer meetings and ensuring business needs are met
• Attending and presenting presales presentations with prospective clients in order to demonstrate our systems, applications and concepts
• Perform business and competitor analysis duties
• Provide technical assistance to the company sales team
From a business analysis perspective, the successful candidate will also be involved in the project delivery lifecycle, with responsibility for gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements. You will then continue to be involved throughout the project lifecycle, managing and assisting Project Management teams with the review of scope of what was agreed and then finally delivering the end user training, remotely or on-site.
Prequisites:
• At least 1-2 years technical experience in supporting Web-enabled solutions
• At least 1-2 years academic or professional experience / knowledge in Accounting methods and principals
• Prior experiences with POS, CRM software, SaaS cloud platforms, preferred
• Be able to demonstrate exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Technical Engineering and Consultation experience of software solutions
• Experience w/ RFPs, Pricing, Proposals, POC’s
• Be able to conduct product demonstrations / end user training
• Development Experience in Odoo / Netsuite ERP software platforms and methodologies are advantageous
• Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
• Basic programming experience in HTML5 and other web based technologies
• Ability to work as part of a local / remote team to solve technical problems in varied political environments
