Responsibilities
- General administration of the team
- Assist in department contract renewal and maintenance related administrative duties
- Prepare documents and reports
- Compute calculations and complie statistics of clients' activities
- Verify contract staff claims and allowances
- Perform Data Entry
Requirements:- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum two years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel)
