Job Description
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include assisting with day to day recruitment and operational matters.
Recruitment
- Posting, sourcing and screening of resumes on job portals
- Arranging interviews (contacting potential candidates, liaising with job agencies and reporting managers)
- Preparing of Letter of Offer
- Onboarding new hires
- Creating and managing P-files
- Other ad-hoc duties
Operations
- Assisting in coordination of all HR ad hoc projects/events
- Data checking
- Filing
