· Posting, sourcing and screening of resumes on job portals
· Arranging interviews
(contacting potential candidates, liaising with job agencies and reporting managers)· Preparing of Letter of Offer
· Onboarding new hires
- Creating and managing P-files
- Other ad-hoc duties

· Assisting in coordination of all HR ad hoc projects/events
