Job Description
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include assisting with day to day recruitment and operational matters.
Recruitment
· Posting, sourcing and screening of resumes on job portals
·
Arranging interviews
(contacting potential candidates, liaising with job agencies and reporting
managers)
· Preparing of Letter of Offer
· Onboarding new hires
- Creating and managing P-files
- Other ad-hoc duties
Operations
· Assisting in coordination of all HR ad hoc projects/events
· Data checking
· Filing
