- Assist in recruitment and operations:
- Do the first screening of resumes
- Keep track of new hires and collection of documents
- Crafting letter of appointment for new hires
- Create and manage employees P-files
- Onboarding of new hires
- Updating employee's information into system.
- Liasing with hiring managers and arranging interviews
- Extension of contracts
- Assist in headcount reports
