Job Description
Job responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment and selection process which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing candidate profiles to hiring managers and conducting reference checks.
• Perform accurate and timely input of employee data into the HR database
• Ensure proper documentation, filing and P-files records maintenance for record retention and audit purpose
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Good planning and organizing skills, especially in the area of filing/retrieval of documents
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept with Microsoft Excel/ Powerpoint/ Words/ Access etc.
