- Assist in recruitment and operations:
- Source resumes from online job portals and recruitment events
- Keep track of new hires and collection of documents
- Crafting offer letters for new hires
- Create and manage employees P-files
- Onboarding of new hires
- Updating employee's information into system.
- Liasing with hiring managers and arranging interviews
- Assist in reports and other ad hoc duties
