- Job Description
The Finance Associate provides general support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team of the Finance Department.
Monthly Reporting Support
This individual, under the guidance of the FP&A Manager, main responsibility is to support the team in monthly and quarterly management reporting of actual, forecast and budget information to senior management audience and countries.
He will also be working on financial analysis supporting strategic and operational initiatives.
Project Support
Participates in UAT (user acceptance testing) in a couple of finance projects
Example: Data warehouse / Global Consolidation tool / Forecast project
Support various ad hoc requests
Essential Skills
The individual must have good spreadsheet (MS Excel) skills.
He shall display good attention to details & numbers, able to work to deadlines and a high standard.
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Qualifications
Degree in Accountancy
