Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

A digital marketing executive plays a specialized role as part of the Marcoms team.

Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the digital marketing executive pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead performance marketing planning in areas such as advert testing, landing page creation and optimisation, channel attribution and ROI measurement.
  • Lead team to develop, execute and optimize performance of various interactive properties including websites, social media and campaigns
  • Lead market and customer research, derive insights from activity results to adjust branding and marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Develop and publish marketing content in coordination with Sales and Customer Engagement teams involved in both online and offline presence.
  • Actively participate with internal teams to execute on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention and monetization initiatives.
  • Effectively manage applicable vendors and contract resources to deliver marketing initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Manage, track, and report marketing activities and ROIs Desired Skills and Experience
  • Min. Diploma in Marketing or IT related.
  • 2 years experience in IT/Tech marketing experience, SaaS/marketing agency experience a plus.
  • Experience with digital marketing and lead generation campaigns (i.e. generation, nurturing, scoring and conversion)
  • Experience with email campaigns, SEO, SEM, analytics and social networks
  • Fast learner in understanding goals and business objectives
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Desire to work and wear more than one hat in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to excel under pressure
  • An unmatched desire to learn
