  • Develop and implement strategic investor relation plans directed at helping the company to achieve maximum value
  • Develop key investor relations materials in collaboration with management in preparations of analyst events. corporate presentation, earnings releases ad other public disclosures
  • Assist in in the develpment of annual report disclosures including adoption of sustainability reporting requirements
  • Act as the key point of contact for the investor communiry as well as represent the views of the investor community to manafement in the development of corporare and investor relations strategy, inclucind regulatory or lgal matters that concern shareholders
  • Organize, prepare for and execute investor meetings/roadshows, including schedualing management participation, deveoping appropraite materials, and arranging all meetings logistics
  • Monitor operational changes and dvelop investor relations messages based on these changes
  • Establis and maintain positive relationships with stock exchange representatives
  • Manage the investor relations portion of the company website
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from a recognized institution
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience with a listed firm or agency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of financial information, with ability to communicate such information
  • Analytical mind with good number sense
