Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
  • Increase share of each market sector
  • Identify and develop sources of potential clients, effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase and maintain regular contact with Key Clients
  • Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
  • Feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing as well as company performance
  • Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
  • Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by HOD or General Manager
  • Targeted tele-sales campaigns to achieve sales
  • Be able to match appropriate products to clients’ requirements.
  • Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits
  • Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits
  • Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products
  • Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities
  • Plan diary to make effective use of working day
  • Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients
  • Maintain high standard of personal presentation and represent in a professional manner at all times
  • Liaise with other members of BD Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
  • Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures.
  • Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by HOD or General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min. Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Degree holder with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Applicant must be willing to work in the East
