Job Description

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or 'Duties')
• Coordinate between internal teams and third parties
• Strong focus on campaign implementation
• Manage project workflow
• Assist in timeline management and costing
• Write inspiring briefs based on an understanding of clients’ requirements and strategic consumer
insights
• Have a point of view about briefs, creative ideas, etc. and able to articulate feedback and views
• Motivate teams to deliver the best work
• Attend meetings and write contact reports
• Develop and clean up presentations
• Attend relevant training programs and courses throughout course of work, and share learnings with the agency

• Diligent and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions well
• Thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment; can adapt plans due to changes in client objectives, priorities or budgets while minimizing impact on project momentum
• Good PC skills, especially excel and PowerPoint
• Preferably a Business or Communications major student or a relevant degree
• Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
• Preferably able to start ASAP
