Job Description
Job Scope
• Proactively identify and recruit new affiliate partners and grow the program on a daily basis to meet sales goals.
• Work towards creating a repository for recruitment having top 100 sites from all major categories.
• Research regarding events/conferences in the local market related to our program
• Educating affiliates about existing and upcoming promotions.
• Regularly proving updated information on affiliate forums and blogs
• Coordinate technical integration and creative needed for adding new affiliates to the affiliate program.
• Manage, compose and distribute all communications to affiliates including monthly newsletters and recruitment letters.
• Respond to affiliate inquiries regarding pricing, promotions, discrepancies etc.
• Prepare a weekly status report for the affiliate program which consist of master recruitment repository with dates, the status and follow-up results from each category.
Job Requirements
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating.
• Responsible self-starter with excellent time-management skills.
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills required.
• Capable of initiating and maintaining strong personal relationships
• A high degree of organization and self-motivation is required
Must Have
- Should be able to cold call - extremely confident while speaking
- Basic Microsoft excel - as he/she will be preparing a database
