Responsibilities include:

Supporting the HR Talent Acquisition Manager, the selected intern will

• Research and shortlist candidates from job portals using pre-set filters for review
• Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Provide support for reference / background checks
• Prepare materials for HR new hire induction
• Provide support for new hire paperwork, including creating new files
• Collate related hiring and exit data for analysis
  

Projects include:

• Work Flow review and drafting new / improved workflow in HR Talent Acquisition
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing undergraduate program in the University, preferably from Business Schools, major in HR is an added advantage
• Competency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Good English communication skill in oral and writing
• Dedicated and Ability to treat confidential data in an appropriate manner
• Display positive and keen learning attitudes
• Good interpersonal skills, organizing and coordinating ability are definite plus factors to make the internship experience ‘win-win’
