Job Description
- Understand the different business types in Singapore
- Get to appreciate and involve extensively in the process of data cleansing
- Learn the art of negotiation; the importance of communication to be able to motivate & convince debtor to pay their debts
- Responsible for all debt collection / management activities through telephone collections
- Recognise the importance of record keeping for collection activities undertaken for cases assigned
