Job Description
Responsibilities:
Deliver professional service via email/telephone to customers (and leads) on products and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction Systematically manage, lead and own company’s sales, CRM and vendor enabling tools Support periodic marketing activities to generate sales leads and demand generationRequirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in a fast-paced environment Possess strong customer service orientation and effective interpersonal skills Demonstrate excellent creative problem solving and negotiation skills Good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well Independent and able to work under minimal supervision Possess strong command of written and spoken English Good computer literacy in MS Office applications Pleasant disposition and warm personality
