Danovel Pte Ltd – Sales Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Retail Furniture / Interior Design Services sales
• Attend client’s briefing/ Site measurement
• Develop conceptual design to our corporate clients
• Design and provide presentations to corporate clients
• Design documentation and preparing material boards
• Preparation of all related detailed/ elevation drawings for execution of design construction
• To propose our products to Developers, Architects, Designers, etc for their projects
• Responsible for achieving sales target of company
• To be able to colour coordinate and propose fabrics to our customers
• To increase our market share in the residential & corporate sales market.

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘A’/’O’ level / Diploma /Degree in Design discipline
• Independent, resourceful and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D max, Sketchup, Vray and  Photoshop. Website updating.
• Possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Possess excellent design capabilities, a flair for creativity and a positive attitude
• Strong presentation skills and ability to manage client’s expectations
• Good team player and independent
• Beneficial if candidate has a good network of contacts with developers, architects, designers and main contractors
