Our Digital Application Platform allows both the interaction with the customer as the Dealer Side. This includes an online web portal and mobile applications respectively that cover all Mercedes-Benz Financial Services processes front to end.
This is rolled out regionally in Africa and Asia Pacific which allows this intern to gain a regional project portfolio exposure of over 12 different countries.
The intern Business Analyst is expected to assist the Business Analyst and the Project Manager in:
- Requirements management. eg. Gathering and documenting requirements
- Test Management
- Release management. eg Execution of releases
- Change management. eg. Communication and training preparation
- Project management. eg. Schedule of Works, PMO documentation
· Other digital life related initiatives
