It has a massive collection of over 20,000 costumes and 15,000 accessories with a wide selection of categories and has been handling various costume and mascot customization projects including for NDP and licensed entities for DC Comics and Fox Entertainment.

- Processing of invoice on day to day basis
- Processing of payment
- Data entry of invoices and staff claim
- Handling the accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation and payments
- Monthly ageing of receivable
- Clerical duties such as filing,bank errands and others
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Pursuing in Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Attention to detail, motivated to learn
- Good time management and proactive
- Good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbal English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
