- CrossTalk Pte Ltd is an F&B company and has been in business since 2001. Currently we have 2 cafe outlets in Pasir Panjang area. We also provide catering services. We offer both Asian and Western cuisines and also serve gourmet coffee and fresh fruit juices. We have a total of 10 staff.Interns can expect to learn a wide range of skills from food preparation to the art of coffee making. You will also be trained on Customer Service, Purchasing, HR & Leadership skills. At the end of the internship, you will understand and be able to manage a cafe outlet.

- In this job, you will learn to do the following:- Food preparation- Coffee Making such as espresso, latte, cappuccino,etc- Prepare fruit juices- How to use the POS machine- Purchasing and liaising with vendors and suppliers- Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction- Team Building- Staff Management- Staff Roster Planning- Catering Services- Opening & Closing Procedures for Cafe outletsQualifications- Language ability in English- Positive and cheerful disposition- Willing to handle front line services and face customers
