ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• General administrative and clerical duties

• Supports the sales team in all aspects of administration duties

Responsibilities:-

• Perform general adminstrative duties

• Responsible the maintenance of Accounts Payable and Receivable records

• Responsible for handling phone calls and replying to emails

• General maintenance of the filing system

• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

• Demonstrated ability to initiate and embrace change and new responsibilities

Qualifications: -

• Minimum GCE 'N' Levels/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration

(With credit in English)

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A fast-learner, confident and independent

• Initiative driven, Eager to learn and proactive.
