Job Description: Cosy Engineering Pte Ltd is an established air-conditioning company. We specialize in air-con maintenance & repair work inclusive of installation,ductwork & ACMV work.

======= Job Scope =======

The person will be working in our Service Dept. She must be highly involved in the following aspects of the business:

• Communicate thru'phone with contract customers & ad hoc customers

• Assist in arrangement of Servicing schedule planning

• Typing of quotes proposals

• Typing of invoices & general filing admin work

======= Job requirements =======

Students from the field of Office Skills,Business and Mass Communications may apply.

We are looking for an independent individual with a drive to make things work, especially individual with the following qualities:

• Highly communicative and pleasant personality

. Good job atittidue

. Ability to speak English/Mandarin & dialect

• Adept in MS office,Words and Database

• Self-motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
