• Process Orders - receive orders from our sales team/ customers and process them accordingly
• Customer Account Reconciliation - monitor customer account details and payment schedules
• Data Entry - keying in records (purchase orders, invoices, credit notes etc) into our accounting ERP system
• Filing - filing of documents
• Reporting - prepare relevant sales and inventory reports
• Other general duties - taking phone orders, forwarding enqueries to relevant personnel etc
