We seek an Operations Executive/ Senior Executive to join our crew.
Job Scope:
- interaction with clients
- Hosting and facilitating small and large group events
- Assist with onsite event management
- Assist with Client requests and needs during event.
- Assist with daily operations needs/ upkeep of event space.
Job Requirements:
- A Problem solver.
- Various project managements
- a Great Team Player, Able to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Enthusiastic, Friendly.
- People Person, Able to mingle and engage clients from all different walks of life.
- Good Initiative, Can-do Attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Able to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced and highly challenging environment.
- Minimum A’ Levels or Poly grad. Fresh Grads are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse and write in English, (knowledge of additional languages would be a plus)
