Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic students or graduates with excellent analytical skills, the ability to take initiative and a strong desire to learn about business.

Responsibilities
Your core work will involve analysing and solving business issues. This work will typically be broken into three stages:
1) You are tasked to look at a specific business issue that we or a client needs to solve.
2) You research and understand the topic, find and analyse the options available and provide your recommendations in a report. You will then be involved in a discussion with management around your work and a course of action will be decided upon.
3) You will help to manage the implementation of the plan that is decided upon.
Some Examples:
- Setting up a new sales team in New York – what are the legal, tax, accounting, reporting, HR, risk, etc. considerations, how large should the team be, what resources should they be provided, etc..
- Determining how a client should build their Asian marketing strategy – what is the size of the market in each potential country in the region, how are their competitors marketing, what different types of marketing agency are available and what do they offer our client, etc..
You will receive guidance from your manager and team throughout this process.
This internship is intended for you to learn about:
- Business in Asia, Europe and the US;
- Strategy Consulting; and
- Business Development.
You will be exposed to issues and clients in a number of different countries and industries.
Internships are an important hiring channel for our Graduate Programme.
