We are looking for an interaction designer who not only loves to experiment with new design concepts, but also has an exceptional design skill in creating complex web and mobile applications that are easy and fun to use. Working alongside with the Product, Marketing and Engineering teams, you will be instrumental in setting the creative direction of our company.

Responsibilities:

Create beautiful visuals, ranging from content layouts to icons and illustrations

Conceive and develop information graphics (e.g., charts, diagrams, maps, icons) for print, exhibit or screen

Design, document, present and deliver timely user interface designs and prototypes

Design effective marketing pages and email newsletters for our web and mobile products

Demonstrate a thorough appreciation and understanding of the latest web and mobile technologies and trends, usability techniques, and usable interface solutions

Identify problem areas in our product and create innovative solutions that improve the user experience and optimize workflow

Use “best practices” and design patterns to create storyboards, UX workflows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and detailed product specifications

Work with our Marketing and Product team to translate user needs and business requirements into clear product specifications

Requirements:

Have necessary qualifications and/or a degree in visual communications, product design, human computer interaction or equivalent

Able to visualize, own and execute the creation of an experience from initial concept to final pixel perfect implementation.

Have an expert eye for detail. Every pixel counts.

Maintain an unrelenting commitment to outstanding quality

Love to create simple, intuitive and engaging design for the web and mobile that has great user experience. Your portfolio should reflect this.

Have prior experience with user experience research methods and usability testing

Have prior experience in rapid prototyping of design concepts

Have working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Protoshare, etc

Self-motivated and able to work with multiple projects and balance multiple priorities

Is a team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

Have experience in designing interaction
