== Job Scope ==

•Providing 1st level (phone and remote) support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC problems.

•Coordinate with external vendors and in-house engineer to resolve issue.

•Involved in social media marketing

•Design graphics and marketing materials

== Job Requirements ==

Proficient in Photoshop & Dreamweaver

Proficient in Windows 7 & Windows XP
